Slacker...

I know, I have not updated this blog in a long time! I have actually stop working on my goals and made a list of solely photography related goals for my business.

Since it's the new year, I should write a whole new list, but I'm feeling lazy. SO I will just update this and plod along :)

#24 - Found a drink I like at Starbucks the Signature Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate - it tastes like a turtle. AWESOME!

#31 - Educated someone about endometriosis...by making a blog post about it...that counts right?

#82 - expanded blog readership. I average about 65 hits a day. That's more than before!

#20 iphone - got one and it rocks!

#60 Have a Garage Sale - seriously the worst one we've ever had. We made less that $100...not even worth it!

#69 Bought a DVD shelf and it didn't fit all of our DVD's, but luckily we attached to to our new bookshelves and the rest of the DVD's ended up on 2 of the bookshelves...

#74 Own a ShootSac - My husband bought me one for my birthday. Here is me using it:

And then about 3 days after I got it, I won another cover with it! Yay!

#81 Design a Pamphlet

When I made this list of 101 goals I knew I wanted to focus a lot on my photography, which is now a full fledged business! ow did that happen. When I included "design a pamphlet" as one of my goals, I had Christmas card type things in mind, but as I am working on building my business, I realized all the print media I would need, from business cards to pricing sheets to fliers to postcards. And I needed a way to do all this without spending a ton of money- small business owners should understand what I mean. And if you know me at all, I only want the best, the most unique and the most classy items out there, which usually means lots of $$$$$$.

Well, in my quest for differentiation, I found 4colorprint.com. Their products are unique and affordable. Just wait till you see my new business cards...they are so me! So go over and check them out for all your printing needs!

#20 iphone and #75 Photography Workshop

I jumped on the bandwagon and got the new iphone. I love it, other than the poor reception and dropped calls, but it's still fun!

I also attended the Free To Succeed Workshop (read about my experience HERE), which was more of a photography business workshop, but hey, I am getting desperate...I only have 11 of my 101 completed...

#76 - the 5k mark!

So I hit the 5k visitor mark on my photography blog much faster than I thought. So to commemorate this occassion, I googled 5000 and this was the first thing that came up..."The Official 5000 video." Interesting...

#62 Herb Garden

For Mother's Day, my best friend Terri designed a little herb garden for me. Then she killed it and had to start over. Last week, she finally gave it to me and today I decided I better blog about it before I kill it!
